DTF orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday thru Friday will process the next business day.
Monday thru Thursday Same Day Rush Fee is $25 if placed by 10:00am. Friday Same Day is $35 if placed by 11:00am.
Please watch the “how to” video. Make sure your images meets the minimum requirements of 300 DPI with transparent background. We do not edit artwork. We print what you send. We Quality artwork matters!
Pressing Instruction: Temperature 310 degrees, press 10 seconds medium pressure, hot to warm peel, second press with a cover sheet 10 seconds.

Turn around time is normally 24 hours. All orders placed after 2:00pm will be considered the next business day processing.
Shipping is normally 1-3 days depending on your location.
NOTE: For all RUSH SAME DAY PICK UP ORDERS there will be a $25 rush fee!!

We Recommend Uploading Files sRGB & 300DPI for the best possible out put and vibrancy.
UPLOAD ONLY PNG or PDF with Transparent Background.
Fine details that are below 9PT are too small to be transferred correctly onto the garment. You can fix this by adding a stroke or outline around the small details to make them thicker to adhere white underbase.
Shadows, transparent or translucent gradient are not recommended, as it will start to break, separate and create rugged edges.
